What is Crescent City Connections?
Crescent City Connections is your personal navigator for the mental health community in New Orleans. With over 15 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I draw on deep local knowledge and real community relationships to connect students and families with the right support, whether that means finding the right therapist, psychiatrist, or helping a student build the skills to manage college life on their own terms.
That includes connecting a student to mental health care, academic support, or executive functioning coaching, such as working with students on organization, time management, routines, self-advocacy, and the kind of independence that sticks. The goal is always the same: save families the research time, and help students build lasting confidence.
How it Works
We start with a conversation, with the student, a family member, or both, either in person or virtually, to understand what kind of support is actually needed. From there, you receive a curated list of local providers who are the right fit, not just whoever has availability, drawn from deep knowledge of New Orleans resources built over years of living and working in the city.

If your student needs a doctor, therapist or psychiatrist, I connect them with vetted providers who are actually taking new patients. If they need academic support or executive functioning coaching, I connect them with skilled professionals who know how to work with college students.
